June 2024 - We drove from Dallas, TX area to buy our new car from Fall Creek Motor Cars in Humble, TX. We can certainly say that it was well worth the drive. We love our 'new' (used) car ...LOL... and highly recommend this dealership. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, aiming to please and willing to go the extra mile for you. Typically not one to write reviews, but I feel like Fall Creek deserves one. This is by far the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle yet. Raja was extremely professional and courteous every step of the way. I was located out of state and Raja provided me with plenty of photos and information on the vehicle, answered my texts and calls in a extremely timely fashion, and they held the vehicle for me for about a week. Anything I needed, Raja had an answer for or provided what I asked for. The vehicle looked even better in person than it did in the pictures, which was something I was very worried about as I was coming from out of state. They even sent a car at no charge to pick my dad and I up from the hotel the morning after we flew in. There were a few issues with the vehicle, but Fall Creek fixed them on the spot at no extra charge. I would 100% recommend buying a vehicle from them and I would most definitely purchase a vehicle from them again in the future. So if you’re considering purchasing a vehicle look no further than Fall Creek. They restored my faith that not all small dealerships are dishonest.
